| For UPS (or equivalent) act as follows: If the package is obviously damaged, you can refuse delivery. Call us immediately so we can initiate the replacement process. Any damage found after opening your boxes and examining the merchandise should be reported to us within two (2) business days to expedite the replacement process. If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. Please be aware that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped an incorrect item. | RMA - Return Material Authorization * |
| Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise we will gladly accept your returns (except for Clearance ). All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition. The returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and include all the parts, instructions, and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if all items and documentation are not returned. To return merchandise, you must first contact us for an RGA # (only valid for fifteen (15) days) and return shipping address. Send merchandise prepaid and insured, RGA # printed on the box and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. A refund will be issued less actual shipping charges. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for refund to appear on your original method of payment. |
